The honey cake I bought for Rosh Hashana arrived right as scheduled, beautifully wrapped and smelling divine. The cake itself is dense and moist and sweet without being cloying. My guests and I loved it with a cup of coffee for dessert. I look forward to trying other baked goods from The Sweet Note.
There really is nothing like a fresh baked honey cake and this one did not disappoint! Moist and dense but and easy to slice with a fork. Loved the cinnamon flavor was subtle in just the right way and the cake was not overly sweet. Will be ordering again.
